![]() Lightzone is a nice app, but Bibble has the most horrid interface you can imagine. You can calibrate in windows and use the resulting profile in Linux apps, but that is a pain. You need to calibrate your screen if you do any digital photography work using a hardware calibrator. This does not address the most important issue however. ![]() If you run Linux, there are only a few options: Bibble, Lightzone or ufraw in the gimp. So, I'm trying to figure out what software package I should go with that will let me do some basic editing/fixing of images I shoot, RAW or JPEG. ![]() So, I have my shiny new Digital SLR (Canon XSi), started to take some shots with RAW, realized all I had was the Canon RAW conversion software that all I've done is gone from RAW to JPEG.
